The Oasis serum is truly a miracle worker for anyone with dry but sensitive skin. I've had significant keratosis pilaris on the sides of my face since early childhood and nothing that I've tried has worked: exfoliation, moisturizer, not even dermatologist recommended topical creams. But even after using this serum for a month, my keratosis pilaris has receded to a point where it is barely noticeable.
